Meet the chef behind the stove. She was born in Dominican Republic, who has always had a long term passion of cooking. Her dream was to open a restaurant that had a home style feel. A mother of two, woke up one day determine to make that dream come true. She decided to choose Troy as her store location to help the community grow. As a large supporter in kid's sports and the city of Troy she knew this would be a good location. 

With a warm smile, she treats all customers as if they were family having dinner in her home.
